ORIE Lab Maintenance Schedule
All computers in ORIE labs enter maintenance mode at 5:45am and exit that mode at 7:00am. At this time the computers are not available for use. In addition, any files saved to the C drive of the computer will be deleted. Please make sure that you have saved all of your files to your Z drive storage location prior to the 5:45am maintenance time.

- Is my data backed up?
- Data stored on your home drive (the "Z" drive) is backed up weekly. Anything stored on your local PC is not backed up.
- How do I request a computer account to use the ORIE computers?
- All accounts are created automatically after entering all required information on the account processing form. You will receive an email once your account is ready.
- How do I update my account for the current semester?
- Accounts are updated after entering all required information on the account processing form. You will receive an email once your account is ready.
- How do I change my ORIE account password?
- After successfully logging in to your account, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select "Change Password" from the window that opens.
